Nater Dallafior partner Benjamin Schumacher, an expert on insurance/reinsurance disputes, recently gave a presentation on post-loss policyholder obligations and the consequences of their breach from the insured's perspective at the 3rd HAVE Insurance Law Conference on 29 October 2026. His presentation had a particular focus on the meaning of phrases such as "condition precedent" and "act as a prudent uninsured". He has also published an article on this topic in the accompanying conference volume.
